Nicola Roberts is now going solo, the 3rd member of Girls Aloud to do so. Instead of going down the R'N'B/ pop path, like Cheryl Cole and Nadine Coyle, Nicola's sound is more dance/electro/pop, which LOUD! think suits Nicola. Her debut solo single 'Beat of my Drum' went to #27 in the chart, however even though the song is catchy and has a good beat, it is missing something. She has been working with Diplo for her upcoming album 'Cinderella's Eyes' and has even writen the songs for the album, unlike Cheryl. Nicola has also had a change in style, she now goes for the more bold, colourful and flamboint clothing, like Paloma Faith and Marina & the Diamonds, which we are liking. LOUD! is inretesed to her what the album is like, hopefully better than Cheryl and Nadine's albums!
